Hammond Library Community Book Fair
The Tangipahoa Parish Library invites the community to its Annual Free Book Festival on October 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year’s celebration is centered around Booktober Fest and will feature a variety of family-friendly activities designed for children, teens, and adults. This annual scramble raises funds for the Goodwill Youth Program and kicks off with registration at 11:00 a.m., lunch at 11:30 a.m., and tee times starting at 1:30 p.m. Participants can sign up individually or as a team. Pelican Credit Union will be on-site with a table of fun giveaways.
